• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Participate in talent development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of new employees.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development.
• Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of talent development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required qualifications

• 3-5 Years
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Internship or coursework related to recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
• Passion for talent development and a desire to grow within the HR field.
