Responsibilities

• Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders across multiple countries and markets.
• Support Agile/Scrum methodologies by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Document project progress, requirements, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Mandatory Skills: Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, specifically in life insurance.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and technology-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, and customer journeys.
• Exceptional skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required qualifications

• 8-10 Years
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
