Seeking a Senior Data Architect with strong expertise in Data Architecture, Snowflake, ETL, and Kafka. The role focuses on designing scalable data solutions, optimizing platform performance, enabling real-time and batch data integration, and ensuring data platform reliability through monitoring, observability, and DevOps best practices. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures. Drive data platform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting. Develop and support Data pipelines (Batch and NRT ) and Kafka-based data streaming solutions. Problem Solver, Implement monitoring, observability, and proactive issue management. Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and production support. Collaborate with multiple teams Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members. Must-Have Skills Data Architecture & Development Snowflake Any ETL Tool ( SSIS/PDI/ADF) Kafka / Event Streaming SQL Performance Tuning & Optimization Monitoring, Observability & Incident Management DevOps Collaboration, SQL and Advanced SQL Copilot usage / Claude / Agentic AI / Familiar with MCP usage Good to Have Any Cloud - Azure/AWS/GCP Data Modernization
