• Should have overall 15+ years experience in IT/cyber security, which includes 10+ years managing cyber security delivery and managed services engagements for large security programs Proven track record managing multi-vendor, multi-location, and/or 24x7 security operations.
• Location: Bengaluru

• Serves as the primary delivery point of contact for client security leadership Should have experience on Delivery leadership and program governance Build trusted-advisor relationships Should be well aware of project Financial and commercial management Should have experience handling Escalation & Executive stakeholder management and Governance.
• People leadership skill.
• High ownership, accountability, and integrity Should Ensure delivery complies with contractual security obligations and client policies.
• Should Own delivery-side risk management.
• Drive SLA/KPI adherence for managed security services, Should lead continuous service improvement.
• Should lead and manage a delivery team of security analysts, consultants.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned engagements Starting from planning to closure ??? against agreed scope, timeline and cost.
• Establish and run delivery governance - operations reviews, weekly and monthly service reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBR) with client stakeholders.
