Agentic AI Role Overview We are looking for a Product Owner ? Agentic AI to identify, define, prioritize, and drive delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from ideation and POC through production. Key Responsibilities Define AI product vision, roadmap, use cases, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Identify and prioritize GenAI/Agentic AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and impact. Work closely with business stakeholders, AI/ML engineers, architects, developers, DevOps, and security teams. Drive Agentic AI use cases including single-agent and multi-agent solutions. Support AI solutions through POC ? MVP ? Production lifecycle. Define requirements for LLM evaluation, observability, quality, security, scalability, and performance. Ensure alignment with Agile/SDLC practices and enterprise architecture standards. Track product outcomes, adoption, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvements. Required Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent. 2?3+ years of experience in IT/Telecommunications. (good to have) Experience in GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI use-case development. Good understanding of LLM architecture, RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and AI application development. Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar Agentic AI frameworks. Understanding of LLM evaluation, observability, deployment, and productionization. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience taking AI solutions from POC to production. Nice to Have AIOps, Elasticsearch, DevOps/CI-CD, cloud platforms. AI/LLM security and responsible AI. Telecommunications domain experience. Soft Skills Strong product and business mindset. Creative, innovative, and result-oriented. Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous and fast-changing environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent English communication and multicultural team-working skills.
