• Stakeholder Management a) Communicate with different customer & internal stakehodlers on requirements, staffing, financials, Contracts b) Communicate with internal project teams on delivery, timelines, riskss c) Taking care of metrics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders 5.
• Delivery Management a) Complete ownership of delivery b) proactive identification of risks, mitigations and managing risks c) handle & managing escalations d) Managing complete SDLC activities 6.
• Technical abilities a) Development experience and understand the nuances of development and deployment b) should have managed SaaS Platforms c) Good idea on automation 7.
• AI literacy - Good to have a) use of AI tools in daily activities, understanding of SDD, Agent Harness b) have been part of projects where AI was used for development, deployment
