• Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for business benefits.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and design.
• Proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in creating project proposals and documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required qualifications

• 10-13 Years
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10-13 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce project delivery.
