ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT - Identity Management (LCM/RBAC) at Happiest Minds

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Entra ID Engineer with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise identity solutions, authentication mechanisms, access controls, and security governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Entra ID solutions for enterprise environments.
• Manage and administer Entra ID components including: User Management Group Management B2B & B2C Identity Identity Governance Authentication & Authorization Single Sign-On (SSO) Identity Providers (IDPs) Configure and manage Conditional Access Policies, MFA, and Zero Trust security controls.
• Implement and support authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation.
• Manage device identity and compliance integration with Microsoft ecosystem.
• Monitor and analyze identity-related logs, security alerts, and access events.
• Implement security recommendations and best practices aligned with CIS Controls.
• Administer and support Active Directory environments including: User & Account Management Group Policy Management (GPO) Organizational Unit (OU) Design and Management AD Security & Governance Participate in IAM transformation, migration, and modernization projects.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure identity integration and access management.

Required qualifications

• 8 to 12 Years

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with: Entra ID Administration Identity Architecture & Design SSO Implementation B2B and B2C Identity Services Conditional Access Policies Authentication Protocols Security & Compliance Logging, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting Deep understanding of Active Directory and Hybrid Identity environments.
• Knowledge of CIS Controls and Identity Security Best Practices.
• Experience delivering enterprise IAM projects.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience with: ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) PingFederate Okta or other Identity Providers Exposure to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools such as: SailPoint Salesforce Identity Integrations Other IAM/IGA Platforms
