Additional role details

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across solution architecture, infrastructure, automation, and operations to ensure reliable platform delivery, technical governance, and seamless integration of AI capabilities across the enterprise.
• How you will make an impact Provide strategic leadership for the solution architecture, engineering, integration, operations, and long-term evolution of the enterprise AI Platform.
• Establish and govern practical platform architecture principles, technology standards, integration patterns, and operational frameworks.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle and operational accountability of enterprise AI platform services, capabilities, and model ecosystems.
• Champion automation, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and modern engineering practices to ensure efficient and sustainable platform operations.
• Define and enforce platform security, governance, access control, and compliance standards in partnership with key enterprise stakeholders.
• Lead the adoption and maturity of DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps capabilities to enable secure and scalable AI delivery.
• Oversee service management, incident response, change governance, release management, and operational risk mitigation.
• Partner with senior business, technology, cybersecurity, and vendor stakeholders to shape platform strategy, accelerate innovation, and continuously enhance enterprise AI capabilities.
• Your background 10+ years of experience in cloud platforms, solution architecture, platform engineering, infrastructure, or enterprise operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing global platform architecture, integration, infrastructure, or operations teams.
• Strong expertise in designing and operating enterprise platforms leveraging PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Deep knowledge of Azure technologies, AI platforms, API management, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability solutions.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, model lifecycle management, AI workload operations, and runtime governance.
• Proven track record of operating business-critical platforms with high standards for security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Experience defining platform standards, integration patterns, service governance, operational controls, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills, with the ability to build high-performing organizations and drive strategic outcomes.
