Required qualifications

• Your background: You hold a degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum work experience of 5+ years in BIM Processes. 3D modelling and coordination software (Revit/Tekla/Navisworks).

Additional role details

• Good knowledge of the Rivet modelling, Coordinating through Navisworks tool.
• How you'll make an impact: You will coordinate the 3D model from Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Dept.
• You will be responsible for the requirements of the models to be formulated and that the models are used for the intended purpose.
• Model coordination with Civil, Electrical and Mechanical department and external suppliers, model coordination between Civil & MEP.
• You shall be responsible for the Issue management thru BIM 360.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Microsoft office(Word and Excel).
• Modelling Knowledge of MEP materials is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of any other 3D modelling software including Tekla steel detailing software would be added advantage.
• Occasionally international travel to site and customer meetings (presentations and activities) might be required based on various factors (i.e. Customer requirement etc).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
