L 2.5 Support Engineer at Indium Software

Troubleshoot and support investment systems, market data feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters), and portfolio analytics platforms

Provide L2.5 production support in MSP or Investment Management/Financial Services environments

Act as a rapid-response resource for live trade execution environments ensuring minimal downtime and SLA adherence

Support integrations with Aladdin, SimCorp, Calypso, FactSet, or similar IM platforms

Monitor and manage system-to-system data flows and API integrations

Work with Python/PLSQL scripting and Kubernetes for operational support activities

Collaborate with development and support teams following SDLC processes

Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations

Required qualifications

• 5+ Years

Required skills

• Strong domain expertise in Investment Management / Capital Markets (mandatory)
• Experience in L2.5 production support within MSP or financial services environments
• Knowledge of market data systems and trading support operations
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and API management
• Exposure to Python, PL/SQL, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, SDLC processes, and test automation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
