Program Manager

The role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, governance, financials, resource planning, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication.</span></span><br><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Establish governance and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Drive issue resolution, delivery predictability, quality, and continuous improvement.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Lead and mentor cross-functional and globally distributed teams.</span></span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><b>Qualifications</b></span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Strong experience managing large, complex technology programs.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Experience with Agile/SAFe and SDLC methodologies.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Healthcare/Payer domain experience is preferred.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list .5in"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification is an advantage.</span></span></span></li></ul>
