Technical Lead at Infinite Computer Solutions
Execute file/data migration runs using approved tooling (ShareGate, Quest, AvePoint, Azure File Sync, Robocopy) per the wave plan.
Responsibilities
- Perform NTFS permission analysis and apply the approved remapping design during migration.
- Run data validation, checksum and reconciliation checks post-migration and report discrepancies.
- Provision and structure SharePoint Online/OneDrive sites per the architecture design.
- Support cutover and post-migration issue triage for assigned waves.
- Maintain migration run logs and status reporting for the workstream lead.
- Lead governance-first migration activities, validation, and gated decommissioning of legacy servers.
- Develop end-user communications, training materials, and adoption support plans.
- Provide user support during migration and post-migration stabilization.
Required qualifications
- Hands-on migration tooling: ShareGate, Quest, AvePoint, Azure File Sync, Robocopy.
- PowerShell scripting for batch migration, validation and reconciliation.
- NTFS permissions/ACL analysis and remediation.
- SharePoint Online / OneDrive provisioning and site structuring.
- Azure Storage (Files/Blob) configuration.
Preferred qualifications and skills
- Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Microsoft 365 certification preferred
