Responsibilities

• Triage Document Imaging and RRD tickets.
• Provide Nuance Dragon Medical user-level support.
• Support E-Signature workflow issues.
• Inspect HL7 v2.x MDM messages for document-routing diagnosis.
• Recognize ROI and chart-correction issues that carry legal-record implications; escalate to onshore SA.

• Cerner HIM Support (required) Cerner HIM and Access HIM production support.
• Chart deficiency and completion triage.
• Coding queue support.
• Document Imaging (required)
• Nuance Dragon (required)
• E-Signature (required) E-Signature workflow support.
• HL7 v2.x MDM (required) HL7 v2.x MDM message inspection.
• ServiceNow (required)
• MHC Doc Express (preferred) MHC Doc Express support.
• Coding Queue Awareness (preferred) Coding queue awareness for routing.
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
• Cerner Millennium Foundations (mandatory)

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Nuance Dragon Medical familiarity
• AHIMA RHIT awareness
• Prior offshore HIM support for a US healthcare provider
