• Proven ability to model data into the best solution customized to the client Work with Businesses to identify critical Subject Areas, Business Entities, and Measures.
• Translate the same for the offshore team and guide them on the business & technical front (DataStage) Conduct Source Data Profiling to ensure thorough coverage of Business Entities, Relationships, and Scenarios in collaboration with the Business Analyst.
• Architect the Data Model ensuring alignment to the Business Model, Entities, and Processes.
• Incorporate Data Architectural Components and Processes to ensure adherence to Data Integrity and Data Conformance principles.
• Analyze, design and code (DataStage) business-related solutions, as well as core architectural changes, using an Agile programming approach resulting in software delivered on time and in budget
