E - Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch revenue targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities within the local market. Branch Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper inventory levels and manage stock control, if applicable. Customer Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and local partners. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency. Promote excellent customer service standards across the team. Reporting & Analysis Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for upper management. Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity. Implement corrective actions to address underperformance or missed targets. Team Development Recruit, onboard, and develop sales staff within the branch. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training. Foster a high-performance and positive team culture. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a retail or banking branch, or a regional sales office.
