• Customization Configuration: Learn and support existing customizations.
• Maintain and update configurations.
• Define standards and parameter mappings with Windchill. 72 Hours per quarter for enhancement each less than 24 hrs.
• Integration Support EPLAN-Windchill: Resolve interaction issues check-inout, sync, rename.
• Collaboration: Work closely with ABB users and internal teams.
• AHS Support Monitoring Maintenance: Regular monitoring of key system parameters.
• Ensuring integrations e.g., EPLAN Windchill are operational and performant.
• Administration Security: Apply vulnerability and security fixes.
• Ensure compliance with ABBs security standards and disaster recovery plans.
• Deployment Support: Manage deployments across DEV, TEST, QA, and PROD environments.
• Handle backups, restores, and replication server support.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and propose code updates if needed.
• Version Control and Reporting: Maintain source code versioning and customization backups.
• Flexibility Compliance: Support during public holidays and short lead-time requests.
• Tools knowledge: EPLAN P8, Pro-Panel Ticketing Tools: AzureDevOps MS Tools: Good in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word Communication Presentation: Very good
