  • Effectively support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS user access and auditing 2.
  • Import users and manage access using standard Oracle security functionalities 4.
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot role-based access aligned with Oracle security best practices 5.
  • Support all security and auditing-related issues across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications 7.
  • Migrate SaaS technical objects - BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs 9.
  • Follow up on Oracle MOS service requests to resolution 10.
  • Complete ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLAs to support users
