• This role is for people who can explain one topic clearly to a student who is confused or scared.
• Applicants should share a 60-second teaching video link in the Portfolio / GitHub / Video link field while applying.
• Explain coding concepts in simple language using daily-life examples.
• Conduct doubt-clearing, practice labs, project reviews, and mock interviews.
• Give clear feedback without discouraging students.
• Use AI responsibly to improve learning clarity, not replace thinking.
• Ability to explain at least one beginner technical topic clearly.
• Patience with confused, scared, or silent freshers.
• Comfort with any one area such as Java, Python, SQL, Web, Testing, DSA, AI tools, resumes, or interviews.
• Real teaching experience from week one.
• Exposure to student success and placement-readiness workflows.
• Growth path across academic delivery, student success, and placement readiness.
