Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end automation initiatives for calling teams using Voice Bots and Conversational AI.
- Design and implement customer engagement journeys across Reactivation, Sales, Service, Cross-Sell, and Retention campaigns.
- Work closely with business teams to identify use cases suitable for automation.
- Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams for deployment.
- Integrate Voice Bots with SFDC and internal systems to enable seamless lead management and customer interaction tracking.
