Program & Proposition Development:

Design and refine wealth propositions tailored to Ultra-HNI, HNI & affluent segments.
Support rollout of new platforms and digital tools to enhance client experience and Wealth RM productivity.
Marketing & Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize and launch campaigns for HNI & affluent clients.
Launch channel campaigns & Track performance & share actionable insights
Channel & Stakeholder Management:
Engage with internal stakeholders including PCG Sales, Bank Channel, Business Solutions & BIU to ensure alignment and adoption of initiatives.
Drive execution of key tasks and ensure timely delivery across teams.
Follow industry and company policies to maintain regulatory compliance
Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies
Provide regular sales and market trend reports
Training & Enablement:
Partner with the training team to design and implement training plans that support relationship managers.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
