Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements for Members and their APs.
- Support APs to grow business across equity & Third-party distribution products and identify revenue opportunities for franchisees.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and key stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement.
Additional role details
- Own end-to-end onboarding, documentation and handholding of new APs and franchisees (account opening, KYC/compliance checks, terminal/setup).
- Identify, pitch, and onboard high-potential franchisees to expand the broking network.
- Assist franchisees with product knowledge, sales strategies, and operational efficiencies through regular training and guidance.
- Ensure all business activities are in line with SEBI guidelines and internal compliance policies.
