- Would be responsible to Drive Web Based Business Revenue for a desk managing self-trading customers
- Responsible to execute Auto dialler & one-to-one campaigns for ensuring business deliverables
- Responsible for expanding Web Behavior Business & approaching Web Clients to execute their investment view with the help of Technology
- Responsible to drive & manage 12-15 dealers team size to generate Targeted revenue and balancing revenue multiples
- Should be able to guide and scale-up New and old Dealers to ensure team KRA achievement
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
- Responsible for training & educating, adding Revenue, Onboarding newly acquired clients
- Responsible for all operations, IT, compliance & Risk related issues
- Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk
