  • 1) Onboarding of AP.
  • will be responsible in installing and training the AP on the softwares and systems
  • will be responsible for the Follow ups on various aspects for smooth on boarding of AP
  • 2) Handholding the AP for initial 3-6 months
  • will be responsible in assisting AP on getting well versed with the Kotak processes
  • will be responsible for driving the business of AP by helping them in acquiring clients and increasing the revenue by trainings and events
  • 3) Provide full support and quick query resolution of AP
