MARKETING ENGINEER –CONTROL PANELS

Job Description: 1.This role based in Coimbatore will handle the entire product portfolio of control panels manufactured by LECS. 2.The Sales & Marketing engineer will expand reach of existing / new products to new markets/ acquire new customers pan India / Overseas Markets. 3.The candidate would be responsible for market development, generate healthy pipeline of enquiries, conversion of active enquiries to sales, stabilising the product with end customer and collection of payments. 4.Good, demonstrated track record of having put electrical and electronic panels in the market. 5.The person should have demonstrated capability of having developed and implemented a business plan successfully in both B2B and B2 C segments. 6.Should have got knowledge of governing standards / regulations for control panels. 7.The candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of consultants and influencers in related industries to gain quick product approvals for participation in both Government and Private sector. 8.Team player & ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, internally which includes R&D, Supply chain, Quality, Production, and Finance. 9.Strong negotiation skills, commercial knowledge, tendering process, purchase process in target markets is a definite need. 10.Should be able to own end to end promotional efforts like technical seminars / webinars / coordinating factory visits / product presentation / product demo / competitor analysis etc. Qualification and experience: 1.Age - 35 to 45 Years. 2.Years of Experience - Should be an Electrical/ Electronics engineer with 5-10 years’ experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Managing key accounts. 3.Area of Exposure – LV/MV/HV Panels, PCC, MCC, VFD and Automation panels, Machine control panels, LV, MV Control Panels. Soft Skills: 1.Good communication and presentation skills in English. 2.Should be familiar with MS Office. 3.Knowledge of an ERP is preferred. 4.Planning, time management. 5.Knowledge of Hindi can be an added advantage. 6.The person is expected to be a team player.
