Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across supplier selection, contract negotiation, supplier performance, compliance, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Oversee contract administration and help develop the team's capability in contract lifecycle management, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Partner with business leaders as a trusted procurement advisor, understanding business objectives, commercial considerations, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Procure-to-Pay, product, technology, data and analytics, and other enabling teams to align technology, process, and organizational roadmaps.
• Champion continuous transformation by challenging existing approaches, evaluating developments in procurement technology and processes, and applying an outside-in perspective.
• Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Min 4 years of Experience in leading professional buying or procurement teams.
• Experience procuring from the Indian market.
• Procurement and sourcing leadership experience within a global organization.
• Experience leading procurement or business transformation initiatives.
• What Will Put You Ahead Advanced degree or diploma in Supply Chain or Materials Management.
• Experience with procurement and workflow platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or Service Now.
