Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable, modular components and frontend libraries to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into technically feasible, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver features, fixes, and product releases.
• Identify and resolve technical issues while optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Skills Required Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.
• Good understanding of React architecture, reusable components, state management, and frontend performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, NextJS, REST APIs, and frontend-backend integration.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, Git, debugging, and modern development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ideal Experience 2–6 years of professional experience in frontend/web application development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade applications and owning features from requirement to deployment.
• Ability to drive technical discussions, contribute to solution design, and mentor junior developers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup/product environment with strong ownership and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Passion for working in a startup-like environment
