Required qualifications

• Consultant M&A Prepare sector-focused newsletters Structure and prepare buy-side / sell-side pitch books Execute valuation analysis through market approach and income approach Structure and prepare sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and Management Presentations (MPs) Prepare three-statement financial models for M&A transactions Perform financial and operational benchmarking Prepare conference presentations Assemble Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) for M&A transactions Bid summary analysis CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management) The candidate must have 3+ years of working experience in investment banking / M&A services Mandatory Technical and Functional Skills: Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios Good understanding of M&A concepts and relative valuation techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business / economic environment and M&A business Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint) Proficiency in using research databases such as Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Pitchbook, among others
