Run - Automation Anywhere RPA Developer - Associate Consultant-MFT - KGS CH at KPMG

We are seeking a skilled Consultant/Sr.Consultant to join our Automation Run Services team.

This role may require availability during extended support times to support US customers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production automations, including RPA and Power Platform solutions.
  • Manage business user requests, such as ad hoc automation runs and schedule updates.
  • Provide enhanced monitoring and support during peak business periods.
  • Coordinate with the Build team during production handovers and hyper care periods.
  • Perform code development for minor enhancements not covered during build phase.
  • Maintain the automation code repository and a detailed log of all production issues and their resolutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-5 years’ experience in an application or production support role, preferably with RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism).

Additional role details

  • In this role, you will ensure the reliability of our production automations by monitoring performance, resolving failures, managing user requests, and maintaining overall system stability.
  • Communicate failures to business users and perform initial troubleshooting.
  • Implement bug fixes and planned system enhancements.
  • Liaise with the RPA resiliency team for virtual machine (VM) allocation.
  • Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including ticket volume, SLA compliance, and automation metrics.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience with bug fixing, implementing enhancements, and using code repositories.
  • Demonstrated ability to track and report on performance metrics and SLAs.
  • Certifications in RPA and/or Microsoft Power platform is a plus.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, Apps, BI) is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure AI / Open AI API Model deployment, configuration and testing is a plus.
