AIML Resource Location - Kolkata Were looking for expertise in AIML to develop Agentic AI solutions One of the roles should be capable of independently developing AI solutions and must have strong knowledge of Python Cloud platforms Data pipelines GenerativeAgentic AI We are seeking handson AIML engineers to design build and deploy Agentic AI solutions The roles will focus on building intelligent agents and pipelines that leverage Large Language Models LLMs tool usage retrieval augmentation and cloudnative services to solve real business problems at production scale Senior Role Lead Agentic AI Engineer Own endtoend solution delivery independentlyfrom architecture and data pipelines to model integration evaluation observability and productionization Midlevel Role AIML Engineer Contribute across the solution stackdata preparation model integration APIservices evaluations and deploymentsunder guidance while growing toward endtoend ownership Key Responsibilities Agent Design Orchestration Build LLMpowered agents with tooluse memory planning and multistep reasoning orchestrate agent workflows for robust task completion GenerativeAgentic AI Integration Implement RAG pipelines indexing chunking embeddings vector stores prompt engineering and model finetuningparameterefficient tuning LoRAQLoRA where applicable Data ML Pipelines Design scalable ETLELT and feature pipelines automate traininginference workflows implement MLOps versioning CICD monitoring rollback CloudNative Engineering Deliver solutions on AzureAWSGCP using managed AIML services serverless components container orchestration and IaC APIs Services Develop secure performant Python services eg FastAPIFlask for inference and agent endpoints integrate with enterprise systems and data sources Evaluation Safety Establish metrics and harnesses for LLMagent evaluation accuracy latency cost robustness guardrails privacysecurity controls and compliance 
 Observability Reliability Implement logging tracing and model telemetry build fallbacksretries caching and circuit breakers conduct loadperf testing and cost optimization 
 Collaboration Delivery Work crossfunctionally with product data CloudDevOps and security teams contribute to technical documentation demos and stakeholder updates 
 
 Required Skills Experience 
 Senior Role Lead Agentic AI Engineer 
 Experience 610 years in AIML incl 2 years in GenAIAgentic AI preferred 
 Core Strong Python cloud platforms AzureAWSGCP dataML pipelines LLMs OpenAI Azure OpenAI Anthropic Meta etc vector databases eg Azure AI Search Pinecone FAISS and orchestration frameworks LangChain LlamaIndex exposure to agent frameworks like AutoGenCrewAI is a plus 
 Architecture Ownership Proven ability to independently architect and productionize agentic systems including CICD MLOps security and cost controls Systems Infra Containers Docker orchestration Kubernetes IaC TerraformARMCloudFormation and eventstreaming systems KafkaKinesisPubSub are desirable Evaluation Guardrails Experience with LLM evaluation redteaming prompt safety content filters and policy enforcement
