Specialist - Software Engineering

Experience Level Senior MidSenior We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot AI Specialist to design implement and optimize enterprise AI automation and agentbased solutions using Microsoft technologies and other leading AI platforms Key Responsibilities 1Develop and deliver enterprise AI applications agents and automation solutions using AI platforms lowcode tools and APIs 2Build AI agents integrating LLMs enterprise data sources business applications and external services 3Develop and configure enterprise AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and other AI agent frameworks 4Implement workflow automation and AI orchestration using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate n8n or equivalent automation tools 5Implement secure integrations using REST APIs Microsoft Graph custom connectors webhooks and thirdparty APIs 6Configure model integration prompting grounding orchestration and toolfunction calling for AI applications 7Perform testing evaluation and optimization of AI agents and LLMbased applications to improve accuracy reliability and performance 8Support deployment monitoring and continuous improvement of AI solutions in production environments 9Contribute to AI governance and best practices ensuring solutions are scalable secure and aligned with responsible AI principles 10Lead workshops provide technical guidance create documentation and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout project delivery Required Skills 1Handson experience developing AI agents AIpowered applications and automation workflows using lowcode platforms andor custom development 2Handson experience with Microsoft AI and automation technologies such as Copilot Studio Power Platform Microsoft Foundry or related services 3Experience with Generative AI and LLMbased solutions including prompt engineering RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG and agentic workflows 
 4Programming skills in Python andor JavaScriptTypeScript 
 5Experience with APIs authentication connectors and integration with enterprise or thirdparty systems 
 6Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and administration including services such as Entra ID SharePoint Online Teams Exchange Online and Power Platform 
 7Good understanding of security compliance and AI governance concepts including identity access management data protection and enterprise security best practices 
 8Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills 
 9Good communication and collaboration skills 
 10Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders 
 Nice to Have 
 1Experience with Microsoft Purview including sensitivity labels Data Loss Prevention DLP auditing eDiscovery and AI data security controls 
 2Experience with Azure AI Search RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG vector databases or custom agent solutions 3Experience with broader AI solution platforms and ecosystems eg n8n ElevenLabs Gemini OpenAI Anthropic Lovable etc 4Knowledge of ALM CICD managed solutions Git and Azure DevOps 5Experience deploying and monitoring AI solutions in cloud environments 6Relevant Microsoft Azure AI or software development certifications 7Consulting or customerfacing delivery experience Preferred Profile The ideal candidate combines AI solution delivery automation integration and consulting expertise with a strong understanding of enterprise platforms and modern AI technologies They are comfortable working across both Microsoft and nonMicrosoft ecosystems and can translate business requirements into practical scalable AI solutions
