We are seeking an experienced Sales Logistics Process Consultant to analyze optimize and transform endtoend procurement sales support resource onboarding time booking approvals budget governance and purchase order management processes The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders project managers procurement teams finance departments logistics teams and executive leadership to understand current operational challenges and recommend improvements that significantly reduce PO processing time while maintaining governance and compliance requirements A key focus area will be the assessment of the existing AribatoSAP procurement process where extended approval chains are causing delays in PO issuance consultant onboarding project execution and budget utilization The consultant will identify process bottlenecks conduct workshops with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels and design practical solutions that improve efficiency while maintaining financial and operational controls

Responsibilities

• Business Process Discovery Assessment Analyze endtoend business processes covering Purchase Requisition PR creation Purchase Order PO processing Sales order fulfillment Resource onboarding Consultant time booking approvals Budget approvals and consumption tracking Vendor engagement processes Logistics and procurement workflows Understand current business challenges delays and operational inefficiencies Document current AsIs workflows approval chains and process dependencies Perform root cause analysis of process bottlenecks Stakeholder Management Conduct workshops and interviews with Business Process Owners Procurement Leads Finance Controllers Project Managers Delivery Managers Resource Managers Budget Owners Logistics Teams Executive Sponsors Gather business requirements and pain points Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams Build consensus among multiple stakeholder groups for futurestate design Process Optimization Transformation Review existing approval workflows and governance mechanisms Identify unnecessary approval steps causing procurement and onboarding delays Recommend workflow simplification opportunities Design streamlined approval matrices based on Approval thresholds Risk classifications Budget limits Delegation authorities Define servicelevel expectations for approvals Establish process automation opportunities
