Senior Specialist - Architecture

Experience: 8-12 years of overall experience Lead endtoend system architecture design for largescale distributed and highavailability systems Design scalable faulttolerant and highperformance microservicesbased architectures Perform architecture reviews and ensure adherence to nonfunctional requirements such as scalability performance reliability and security Architect solutions across multiple cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP or hybridmulticloud setups Design cloudnative services leveraging containers orchestration Kubernetes serverless and managed services where applicable Good understanding of Gen AI application industrialization and related considerations around scalability security reliability reusability Design securebydefault architectures following industry best practices and compliance standards along with authentication and authorization solutions using Okta or other Identity Providers IdP Ensure secure API design secrets management encryption at rest and in transit and rolebased access control Adept in identifying technical hurdles and bottlenecks identifying and implementing wayouts and solutions and discussing technical implementation options with customers Provide technical leadership using Python or related backend technologies Define API strategies REST gRPC eventdriven and integration patterns Guide teams on coding standards architectural patterns and performance optimization Work closely with product owners business stakeholders and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs Proactively identify risks tradeoffs and design alternatives and clearly communicate them to stakeholders Good communication skills Key Skills: Python REST GenAI Cloud platforms across AWS Azure GCP Microservices based architectures Security Network integrations Okta Keycloak Entra integrations
