• Design develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL JCL CICS and DB2 Analyze and optimize existing programs for performance and scalability Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Ensure adherence to coding standards and perform thorough testing Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers Maintain comprehensive documentation and stay updated on mainframe best practices
