• JD DETAILS:
• Responsible for Spare Parts Management for Plant, Identification of Critical Spares & its Procurement.
• Demonstrated Analytical Problem Solving & Organizational abilities coupled with strong communication and client relationship management.
• Formulating & executing maintenance and manpower schedules / plans for smooth execution of projects at the shop floor within time & cost parameters
• Carrying out overhauling work of equipments, modifications and major repairs to improve equipment efficiency by fault finding.
• Analysis using fish bone diagram and why why analysis and 8D techniques.
• MTTR and MTBF monitoring and substance below target
• Energy management as per global standard
• Experience in injection moulding(KM,Engel ,Shibaura and Hwachin) and metalizing and surface treatment including base coat ,hard coating robotic process.
• Hands on experience in PLC ,SCADA and HMI
• Cost saving
• Timely closure of Compliance
• Daily breakdown analysis and hours and frequency monitoring daily basis and maintain below the budgeted target.
• Budget preparations and Capex work
• Critical spare procurement
• Preventive, predictive maintenance
• CBM,TBM and weekly ,monthly ,quarterly and half yearly and yearly maintenance of Utilities and All equipments
• Hot plate welding machine, vibration welding machine and ultrasonic welding machine maintenance
• Thermal and IRUV ovens and paint booth and Nordson dispenser applicator and Yasakawa robot Maintenance.
• HVAC chillers and AHU, air compressor ,D.G set ,wet scrubber maintenance ,ETP/STP,RO plant .
