- 4. Knowledge of 5 Core tool ( APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC PPAP)
- 5. Knowledge of 8D report preparation- Why-Why analysis
- 6- Drawing reading/Understanding- Mechanical parts
- 7 Part inspection/Layout inspection/Revalidation plan audit
- 8- Instruments operating/Understanding- Digital-Vernier/Height Gauge/Profile projector/Vertical Measuring machine etc,
- 9- Tool duplication parts inspection/Tool trial at supplier end
- Condition- Working plant in Gujrat and monthly/as per requirement visit in NCR supplier’s
- CORE AREA- Plastic Injection moulding/Sheet metal parts handling and part development process and basic knowledge of electronics components
