Team Lead Programmer Analyst ## Technical Leadership & Architecture * Architect scalable, maintainable, and highly performant mobile applications using Flutter for cross-platform efficiency and Kotlin for robust Android integrations.

• Define state management strategies (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod) and architectural patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, MVVM).
• Guide decisions on when to build native modules in Kotlin versus writing unified code in Flutter.
• Keep the team at the forefront of mobile engineering by evaluating new frameworks, libraries, and tools (including Kotlin Multiplatform). ## Hands-on Development & Delivery * Write clean, secure, and well-tested code while optimizing app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
• Build seamless integrations with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party native SDKs.
• Establish standard CI/CD automation pipelines for automated testing, code quality checks, and continuous deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. ## Team Mentorship & Collaboration * Lead code reviews to enforce best practices, security standards, and high code quality.
• Mentor and upskill junior and mid-level developers in both Flutter and native Android methodologies.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps. ------------------------------ ## Required Skills & Qualifications## Technical Skills * Flutter Expertise: 3+ years of production experience building complex, responsive mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Kotlin Expertise: 4+ years of native Android development experience using Kotlin and modern Jetpack libraries.
• Platform Channels: Proven experience writing custom platform-specific code (MethodChannels) to connect Flutter with native Kotlin modules.
• State Management: Mastery of modern Flutter state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod).
• Testing: Strong background in writing Unit, Widget, and Integration tests in both Dart and Kotlin.
• Database & Networking: Experience with local storage (Hive, Room, SQLite) and networking libraries (Retrofit, Dio). ## Leadership & Soft Skills * Demonstrated experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for building polished, user-centric mobile interfaces.
