Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow to ensure schedules and targets are met.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality protocols on the floor.
• Report shift performance and issues to management.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve day-to-day bottlenecks.
• Train and guide new team members.

Required qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline. 2-4 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
