We are hiring a Software Engineer for our Android team.

You will build our mobile client in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose — the UI Agent and the client-facing mobile surfaces of our platform.

Every piece of work you do is reviewed by a senior engineer.

That is the point: we are hiring for how fast you improve, not for what you already know. 02 Key Responsibilities 1 Build the mobile client Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM — the UI Agent and client-facing mobile surfaces. 2 Build under review Real work on the real product, with a senior engineer reviewing every change. 3 Fix and learn Bug fixes and small enhancements are how you learn the codebase properly. 4 Write tests Your own, from the start — it is not a separate phase here. 5 Grow into ownership Own a module end to end within two to three quarters. 03 What You Bring 1–2 years of professional Android development.

Kotlin; Android SDK and lifecycle; REST integration; Jetpack components.

A published app or substantial project is preferred.

BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent.

Git as a daily tool, including branching and pull requests.

The ability to pick up an unfamiliar codebase with guidance and not stall.

You take code-review feedback well.

This matters more here than your current stack.

Clear communication — you can explain what you built and why. 04 What Would Be Great to Have Jetpack Compose, offline-first patterns, Play Store release experience, Kotlin coroutines.

A side project you can talk about in detail, including what you would now do differently.

Exposure to a second track — we rotate engineers across product, dashboards and client delivery.

Any AI-assisted development experience (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).

Financial-services data exposure.
