• Supervision & Operations : Take charge of all mechanical activities, monitor critical equipment (furnaces, cranes, pumps, conveyors), and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Maintenance Management : Plan and execute preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance; support shutdowns; and ensure availability of critical spares.
• Team Leadership : Supervise, guide, and train shift maintenance teams, technicians, and contractors.
• Safety & Compliance (HSE) : Enforce strict HSE standards, manage safety protocols, and coordinate statutory inspections.
• Production Support : Coordinate with operations to maintain optimal production, troubleshoot issues, and support emergency services.
• Reporting : Maintain shift logs, maintenance records, and daily reports.
