We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in process optimization, productivity improvement, and efficiency analysis within the footwear industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time & motion studies to define standard time and improve process efficiency. - Develop optimal line layout and balance production lines for smooth workflow. - Analyze bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to reduce downtime. - Plan and monitor manpower allocation, capacity utilization, and output targets. - Track and improve operator and line-level efficiencies through regular analysis. - Support training and method development to enhance productivity and reduce errors. - Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize rejection and rework. - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports for performance tracking.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Footwear Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in footwear or apparel manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and production planning tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
