Preferred qualifications and skills
- Graduate in any discipline; experience in rural/community development preferred.
- Good communication and community mobilisation skills.
- Familiarity with local communities and Government welfare schemes.
- Ability to conduct field activities, maintain records, and collect beneficiary data.
- Willingness to undertake regular field visits and engage with villagers.
- Good existing relationship with village, block and district authorities.
Employment details
- Location: Aligarh District, Uttar Pradesh Project Duration: 6 Months Village Facilitator - Key Responsibilities 1.
- Community Mobilisation
- Support in Mobilising farmers, women/SHGs, youth, and other beneficiaries.
- Support beneficiary identification and participation. 2.
- Field Implementation
- Support in planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.
- Support awareness camps and digital & financial literacy sessions.
- Provide on-ground handholding and support to beneficiaries. 3.
- Field Coordination
- Support in Coordination with District Administration, Panchayat, community leaders, SHGs, and all other relevant authorities and all other stakeholders. 4.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain beneficiary and activity records and collect photographs/other supporting documents.
