• You are a knowledgeable professional with over 7 years of experience in cloud operations and virtualization technologies, holding a graduate degree in science, engineering (BE/B Tech), or M.Sc.

• Your expertise includes advanced proficiency in vCloud Director, VMware ESXi and vSphere, NSX-T, and hands-on experience with Dell and Cisco chassis, complemented by solid knowledge of public cloud platforms like Azure.
• Your strong communication and customer management skills enable you to effectively partner with stakeholders to deliver efficient cloud solutions.

• Over 7 years of proven experience managing cloud operations and virtualization technologies, combined with a graduate degree in science, engineering, or IT.
• Advanced expertise in managing and configuring vCloud Director environments effectively to support cloud infrastructure needs.
• Strong proficiency in VMware ESXi and vSphere, including managing vCenter and ESXi for optimized virtualization performance.
• In-depth experience with NSX-T for advanced network virtualization and security configuration.
• Hands-on familiarity with hardware infrastructure, including Dell M1000 Chassis and M630, Cisco UCS, and HPE Chassis platforms.
• Well-versed in public cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure, to design and maintain scalable cloud solutions.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and team members to ensure successful engagement and resolution.
• Manages customer interactions effectively to provide satisfactory service experiences and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Adapts to changing environments and addresses operational issues with flexible problem-solving strategies.
