Shift- 8AM to 5PM or 12PM to 9PM (as per business requirement) This position is for a person with strong analytical background and is responsible for analyzing BAU support tickets in eGlobal ERP, primarily related to accounting and functional side of eGlobal.

• Develop new ideas and present them to the end users and team.

Additional role details

• Coordinate with the end user and help them out with their regular problems/issues.
• Analysing, developing and cataloguing the issues with proposed solution to the ERP code owner.
• The person will also have to take part in the UAT testing of the product’s new releases and hot patches; and also responsible for successfully documenting completed testing documentations.
• This position will also document and submit all the bugs identified with in the system and send them to the ERP code owner for corrections.
• Communicate with the stakeholders on regular basis and keep them appraised on the development of the issue.
