Additional role details
- 3-5 years of experience in Stamping Simul activities with a technical background in stamping shop & should be capable of handling Stamping related activities individually.
- Knowledge in Stamping processes, die structure, Body structure & stamping feasibility concerns for both Cold & Hot stamping.
- Knowledge on Die standard parts & die cost estimation.
- Can able to make & optimise process/operation sequence.
- Knowledge on Automated presses lines [Cross bar, Feed bar] panel layout making.
- Hands on experience in any CAD software [NX or Catia] with A-class surface modelling capability.
- Hands on experience in any simulation software [Auto form, Pam stamp.
- Dyna form] and can able to execute simulation & plan Counter measure.
