• Well versed with Security skills (Palo Alto, Fortigate) - Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols like, Advance persistent threats, - Experience in implementation and management of complex and critical security controls. - Hands on experience on NAT configuration on firewall. - Ability to convert and review firewall policies. - Knowledge on Routing and Switching to perform end to end route check. - Monitoring of the Critical Parameters for the Network devices like Interface Status Bandwidth Utilization Resource utilizations Link Status. - Incident& Problem Management - Tracking and Co-ordination of all incidents / problems till resolution Identification of probable causes of failures in the WAN environment Recommend on the possible solution / workaround to address the probable causes of failure.
