The Primary role of English Expert is to maintain a standard and error free Contents & Materials with respective to each department’s requirements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support in English language proficiency, communication, and related areas. Responsibilities: General: Course content design & development Correspondence drafting, proof reading, editing etc., Ads, brochure, cover page, bit notice content preparation & design Pitching ideas to establish a proper formatted content Work on negotiating terms and conditions of contracts Maintain the Content Management System with well-structured drafts Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles Collaborate with teams to ensure linguistic excellence in all communications Any other work assigned from time to time Social Media & Website Content Creation and Audience Management Maintain high language standard to reflect the Company's professionalism Offer language expertise to enhance the impact of promotional material Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy Review and edit website content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to grammatical standards. Contribute to the creation of blog posts and articles on the website Creating engaging content, analyzing metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends Proficiency in website analytical tools Creating PPTs, designing posters Coordinating with in-house as well as external people whenever required Skills Required: Excellent Communication Skill Good Analytical & Research skills Intermediate – Advanced level MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint Adept in Project Management Good Quality control skills People Management Good Time Management Skill Quick learner An excellent grasp of narrative and structure The ability to act on feedback Attention to detail.
