We are seeking high-potential Program Manager to support strategic and operational projects across the organization.

The role offers structured on-the-job training with hands on exposure to end-to-end project execution, working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run pilots, visit sites to gather actionable insights, present to leadership and scale the pilot
• Run end-to-end project planning & execution with senior leadership guidance.
• Own data collection, validation, governance, and reporting across multiple business functions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for leadership decision making
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Analyze project data to identify risks, delays, and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely milestone completion
• Assist in streamlining workflows, documentation, and SOPs
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and review material for management Eligibility & Skills:

Required qualifications

• 2 - 3 Years
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Engineering (B.Tech) or related field Technical Skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable using AI tools and AI first mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High ownership & self starter
• Curious to learn about various business functions - Ops, Fin, Systems, Marketing etc
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
• High learning agility with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Growth & Development
• Structured training and mentorship from experienced project managers
• Hands-on exposure to live, cross-functional projects
• Defined career progression to Sr. Program Manager roles based on performance

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Exposure to data analysis or dashboards (Power BI preferred) Behavioral Skills
