Responsibilities

• Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and Safety Process.
• Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports.

Required qualifications

• RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Good Communication skill (English, Hindi + Local Language) Nice to Have

Employment details

• On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all technical aspects of Projects.
• Own Accommodation & Fooding in base location.
• Location: Mumbai [India]

Additional role details

• Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential, Commercial Projects.
• Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.
• Preparation of Quality observation report in Commercial Pojects.
• Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection.
• Follow-up and updating closure reports.
• Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.
• Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding
• Communicate with O&M and Execution team.
• Regularly inspect equipment.
• Solar Product inspection is Advantage.
• Key Competencies Technical Need to Have
• Basic Computer Knowledge in M.S.
• Word + Excel + Power point Nice to Have
• Inspection skills Behavioral Need to Have
• Presentable
• Accountability.
• Focus & Discipline.
• Positive Attitude. & Honesty
• Prior geographical knowledge of assigned location.
• Travel Frequency
• Daily Travel in Base City
• Inter State travel on need basis
