• Location: Pune / Kolkata / Mumbai / Gurgaon / Bangalore Job Responsibilities This is the position of Project Engineer – Project Management as part of Large Project Management team.
• The position performs as bridges technical engineering and management, focusing on how things get built, working with project manager supporting on overall strategy, cost, and timelines.
• Key elements of this profile include technical execution, cross-team coordination, and quality control.
• The position will be part of ISEAM Large Project Management team and will work for the whole ISEAM country as regional role.
• Project Engineer – Project Management Technical oversight: Reviewing design drawings, specifications, and compliance standards.
• Site coordination: Linking field workers, contractors, and design teams.
• Process tracking: Monitoring daily progress, requests for information (RFIs), and material submittals.
• Problem solving: Resolving on-site design or material conflicts quickly.
• Communication: Translating complex data between technical teams and clients.
• Documentation: Managing technical logs, test reports, and schedule updates.
• Support Sales : Coordinate with service sales teams in ISEAM to ensure budgeting and delivery on-time.
• Administrative Management Project management for Projects / Large Projects following purchase order received.
• Handle documentation, reports, and correspondence related to service operations.
• Managing customer master data, including customer records, contact information Collaborate effectively with internal teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and relationship-building in alignment with SKF’s core values.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and customer documentation as needed.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to operations and administration.
• Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or related field. 5-8 years of experience in project management (preferably in manufacturing industries such as Oil and Gas, Energy, Heavy Industry) Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems Experience working with ServiceMax and SAP Sales & Distribution modules will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and service mindset and attention to detail.
